Final Project : Post Production and Profiling
For our final project, we need to do finishing touches our vehicle and essentially showcase our vehicle in a more refined and polished state. The requirements for this project are colour studies, texturing, key art, breakdown of props and orthographic drawings.

Firstly, I decided to add texture to parts of the vehicle to give it a more worn look. Texture such as the headlights were also retextured as the previous one didn't look too noticeable. At the part where the vehicle opens, I also decided to change the dark interior by adding lights inside the vehicle to give it a more welcome look. Fig 1.2 shows the texture in a lower opacity before converting to a multiply blending mode.

Using the texture I added, I then recoloured the vehicle using colour pallets from my previous project. However, I still think that the blue looked the best.

For the interior of the vehicle, I have added value and then textured which can be seen in fig 1.5. For textures, I kept the worn look from the outside, so rust, dirt and stains are visible. I then experimented with different colours for the interior. Since my vehicle main colour is blue, I wanted to keep around that colour space or it will look too off.

I ended up choosing the 3rd one as it looked the most pleasing to me. I also added a bit of formation of rust on the metal parts of the control panel.

Next was the poster design. Since it wouldn't make sense for the vehicle to be stationary in a poster, I drew the door closed just for the poster. The final render of it can be seen in fig 2.1. As for the poster design, I went for like a simple landscape where a tank could be. I have never painted an environment before, but I like to think my outcome was okay. Unfortunately due to the time constrains I didn't had much time to polish it.

For prop breakdowns, I took the most important prop of my vehicle and rendered it.

Lastly, fig 3.2 shows the final rendered vehicle, MIRAGE MK1, with a simple description of its capabilities and its orthographic.

Reflection
This final project was honestly very fun even though I didn't had much time to finish it. When comparing with my other work from the same module I can see a huge improvement in my drawing skills and I am very happy of what I have made. This project has taught me on how to texture objects types better as well as understanding how lighting works more, which would be very beneficial when drawing different things in the future.

Overall Module Reflection :
So far, this semester has been the most demanding and rocky semester I've ever had. I was new to drawing, and almost had lost hope when trying to come up with vehicle initially. This module especially was rough as it was very technical and needs a good understanding of perspective. While I could easily just draw whatever just to get through the semester, I remember why I am doing this for and what Mr.Kannan told all of us at the start of the semester. "Do it for yourself, do it for your portfolio." This got me to push myself to do my best and I am pretty happy with what I could come up with. Overall, while it wasn't a module I enjoyed the most, It was certainly interesting to learn this kind of technical drawings that were out of my comfort zone.
